Have you ever heard of the god, Ares? If not, then he is the god of war. Ares in Greek literally means Battle. He is the son of Zeus and Hera. He is also an Olympian with 12 other gods. People describe him as a violent aspect of war. They also say he is overwhelming, impossible to satisfy in battle, destructive, and man slaughtering. In the poem lliads, Zeus said that Ares is the most hated god to him. So if you were Zeus, would you hate Ares?
Yes I would probably hate Ares if I were Zeus. Since Zeus is the ruler, then Zeus would want the others to all cooperate and care for each other and bring peace. But NO! Ares wants war! And he wants all the gods and goddesses to fight against each other! So of course Zeus would hate Ares! Do you agree?
ReplyDeleteFrom past knowledge I knew only a little about Ares but now I know more about Ares. If I were Zeus I think i wouldn't hate him nor would I like him. This is because ,yes Ares is destructive hard to satisfy and the God of War, but if you think about it he could be a very useful ally.
