Greeks, are they smart, or are the Trojans dumb?

When people hear Greeks, they think of Gods, mythical creatures, or maybe the clothes they wear, the long silky white dresses with a hint of gold. It’s cool how they thought that there was many gods for everything that they do or see! When I hear Greeks I think of the Trojan War. It’s crazy that the Trojans were stupid enough to bring in a huge wooden  horse without even checking the inside! The Greeks were pretty smart to know that the Trojans wouldn't suspect a thing. If the horse was really a gift, that would be amazing to have a humongous horse to go on and in! If you were bringing in a huge horse into your city, would you be suspicious?

  1. Olivia I think that you misunderstand. They did not just have a note that says here is a gift from the Greeks. They took it in knowing absolutely nothing. Then the Greeks hopped out and took down Troy, even though Troy had a better army. They had the advantage of stealth.

    1. Well the Greeks may not have announced it was a gift, but the Trojans took it as a gift, then the Greeks hopped out at night.
