Have you ever heard of lion lights? No? Yes? Well if not these lights are made of parts of a motorcycle, a engine and lights! This invention was created by a 13 year old named Richard Turere. It’s used to make lions stay away from cattle and other animals. Richard also won a scholarship to one of the most popular schools in the country caused by this lion light! I think this is amazing that Richard could even make something like this. I can’t even make a potato that generates electricity! I support Richard's other inventions and I hope they turn out successful! If you got to invent something and got to win a scholarship what would it be?
If I were to invent something and get a scholarship for it I would invent lightweight robotic wings so I could fly. I think you should add to your post that they live on the border of Nairobi National Park. I think that it would express more greatly how many lions he would need to scare away because lots of people know that in national parks in Africa there are lots of lions. I also think you should add that add that he was an observer in that he noticed that lions got scared when someone was walking around with a flashlight.
