Do they speak Indian there

Just like every other country in this world, India has its own food that they cook and eat daily. Most of their food contains spices, ginger, garlic, turmeric, red chili powder, and cumin. Also, Indians attribute a lot of  importance to breakfast, known as nashta in India. Usually in north India, breakfast features rotis, parathas, a vegetable preparation, pickles and curd. In southern India, it is idli or dosas accompanied by chutney. In the western region it is usually dhokla and milk. Because of this, you could probably already tell that India eats tons of foods we don't normally eat in the USA. Actually, I don't like Indian food, I hate it. But we are surrounded by tons of restaurants that serve it everyday, so we can get a taste of India even if we aren't really in India. What is your opinion of Indian food, do love, hate it, or are in a love-hate relationship with it?
