Broken Promises

So, we've heard about big disputes between different people with different beliefs and how they tend to turn out with one victor and the one who suffers. Well maybe this time could be different... or not. These children have grown up learning about each other. Their parents have probably talked to them about the fights that go on and how serious the situation is. From what I've learned from the movie Promise it seems that they both believe they deserve the land. Some feel hatred towards the other, others sympathize with them. You never know what could happen if you put them together, I'm guessing it won't have such a great result. These children grow up learning what their parents believe, they probably don't know much about what each other. The way they are taught is the only way they know. Each side only knows half the story. I think if you put two very different groups of people together, you may not be happy with your results. I also believe the exact opposite as well. I believe these children could help with this situation. If they were to learn more about each other and try to understand, maybe they could make a difference. You never know, maybe children could make a real difference in the situation. What would you do if you were in their shoes?
