In class we finished the movie Promises that has portrayed the life of kids that are both Jewish and Arab and what their beliefs are of one another. It was definitely an amazing movie showing and telling us that they didn't believe the stories that they were told about each other and that besides their differences they still wanted to be friends. I found it interesting that they didn't know B.Z's religion they treated him as if they were family. When they meet I think that they would've had a lot of common interests. I believe that because of this moving movie that one day the wars against one another would subside and we wouldn't have to fight over our beliefs. People should set aside their differences and stop war because there is a lot happening in life that could potentially ruin human life. I have hopes for our future generations, but war won't stop until we do something about it now.
