Reflection from Promises

The movie Promises explains the conflicts between the Israelis and the Palestinians. They ask the children about their religion and what they do to follow their religion. They ask them how they live their lives, how they pray, and how they learn. It shows how different it is from girls to boys, from how the girls do so much, yet the boys do so little. The girls set the tables and prepare for the Shabbat. The boys can just sit and play on their computers, or any electronics that they have. I learned that you have to cover the bread so it doesn't see that they drank the wine first. I also learned that you cannot rip paper towels on Shabbat, so you have to rip them before Shabbat. I also did some research on laws of Shabbat. Do you think that the way these people live is fair?
