Afghan Cuisine in South Asia...

The most common ingredients in Afghan food is wheat, maze, barley, and rice. This cuisine is mainly based on native fruits and vegetables along with milk or yogurt dough. Kabuli Palaw is one national dish of Afghanistan. In this dish there is lamb grilled kebab and a salad. Another dish in Afghan food is Jalebi. This is not really a dish, but is mainly a dessert or snack. Afghanistan is also very rich in pomegranates, grapes, and sweet rugby-shaped football melons. Kebab is mainly found in restaurants and food corners. That is another dish as well. Matu is a dumpling with wheat and barley infused in it. This dish is more of a snack than a main meal. I personally think that this food is amazing. I think that the fact that they are rich in pomegranates is very bizarre to me. Have you ever tasted this type of food before?
