Why da black Rhinos

22 years ago in 2014 a safari group known as Dallas safari club (DSC) auctioned off a permit to kill one black rhino legally. The permit sold for $350,000 to an anonymous hunter. To me this is very messed up knowing that Black Rhinos are endangered species with only 5,050 left counted in 2014.
Knowing that innocent animals that will soon become extinct are being shot and killed all the time makes me wonder how this club could legally sell I permit to kill and endangered species. I am going to show you why we should not support this. first of all if a species goes extinct it affects the food chain if the rhino dies than many of the animals it affects can die ( you get the idea) Many environmental enthusiast have sent death threats to the club. One in particular message said "for every rhino you kill we will kill one of your members" What do you think about this topic? Is there anything we can do to stop it?

  1. I think that killing Rhinos is a very bad thing for the environment. First, as you said, the whole ecosystem in the area will get messed up. Next, killing any animal, especially an endangered species, is generally a bad thing. As for stopping Rhino killing, well, that would be pretty hard as you can't control people. Maybe you can somehow protect the Rhinos, but I don't know. I hope that people will soon notice how bad their actions are.

  2. God, and you totally miss the whole point. The profits of killing one animal are used to protect the whole population. If the animals are protected, then you can safely cull old, nonbreeding animals like the one slated to die. Also your punctuation is in dire need of help.

    1. And those environmentalists should to back to smoking pot; their withdrawal is making them crabby and irrational.
