The small towns of Israel and Gaza

Before I took these walks I never thought things were this bad. For example kids get roam around unattended,  people stand almost everywhere smoking, and 250 people live in only 26 trailers! How unfair is that? There are wars in a lot of places and some people have little or no water. Laundry hangs everywhere, people have no heat or air conditioning during seasons and last they barely make 5$ a day! Would you help these people if you had the chance? Why or why not?
