Solutions to War

Is there ever going to be a solution when it comes to war in the Middle East? But if there is what could it be...? I believe that every now and then every leader of each country should have a meeting. To decide what to do about any conflict that could happen. In my opinion the only way to stop the conflict is war, war has to happen. But we can limit conflict with the Middle East. War is a solution to any conflict based on difference of opinions of places.  They can settle many differences by having a war. Not only that, it can get many places on the same page. Finally, war causes issues with many but can help the world in the future.
