10 U.S Navy Soldiers were training in the gulf when one of their vessels broke. Iranian authorities found the soldiers, and took them in. Later one of the sailors apologized on Iranian news saying,“It was a mistake, it was our fault and we apologize for our mistake.” After they apologized, Iranian government released them back into the waters. Vice president Joe Biden said “there’s nothing to apologize for” and it shouldn’t have been a big deal. Do you think it was a big deal?

ReplyDeleteI heard about that to! In addition I think that even though Iran could have easily kidnapped ad tortured them, they didn't. I loved into this a little bit more and it turns out the Soldiers APOLOGIZED to Iran because of the little conflict they caused. In think its neat that even though all this war and crisis is going two countries that can differ, can be kind.Do you think the soldiers handled this well?
