In my opinion the Dead Sea is the coolest sea there is and I'm about to tell you why. First of all the Dead Sea is a dinosaur. You're probably thinking no the Dead Sea isn't a dinosaur it's a sea although you're wrong. It's actually 3 million years old, I know that's very old. Another cool fact is that since there is so much salt in the Dead Sea you can float. I hope by now you are pretty stunned by these facts but if not here is one more weird fact. The Egyptians used the Dead Sea's mud and asphalt all over a dead person in the process of mummification. My challenge to you now is to find one more strange or cool fact about the Dead Sea.
Did you know the dead sea is the second saltiest sea in the world! I love the dead sea too! I really want to go there one day. Also each spring and autumn half a billion birds fly over the Dead Sea! Who knew we had so much in common?
ReplyDeleteThe Dead Sea is the connecting fact between desert, and settled land in the Middle East. This means that on one side, it is all desert, and the other side has people. A crop near the Dead Sea is basil, which finds it's way to Italian markets. What do you think of these facts?
