Why Didn't You Pay Attention?

Cassandra was a woman that came from Greek myths. She was somebody who could predict the future. She was cursed because even if she knew what was happening and told everybody, they never listened to her. Imagine how frustrating that would be! She even told somebody’s husband that his wife would kill her and he was like nah,that’s not going to happen. Well, it happened. Yay for not listening to Cassandra! I’m making it look like it was easy to understand her but when she predicted the future and was telling people, she would speak in a prophetic language. It would be a riddle to people. In the greek myth, she saw the trojan horse coming, and she told one of her riddles. I think people understood her but just didn’t believe because she was also just some person with no authority. The leader probably thought “what makes her so much more special than just a regular person in the crowd?”. There have been events like the challenger spaceship from NASA which blew up within minutes of launch. People from the government told to delay the launch but they were quickly overruled and the ship was told to launch on the regular date. I think the reason that lots of people don't believe things are because they think that they are not possible like cassandra telling the husband of a wife that would kill him. People think it's not possible but it's staring you right in the face and it's actually a true.There are things today that people still don’t listen to that are true but they don’t think are true? Are you one of those people who think certain things aren’t true?
