Cassandra's Curse
Cassandra was a person who could predict the future, but nobody believed her. The reason the peoples didn't believe her is that she was an outsider. Outsiders don't get listened to or believed because they don't trust the outsiders. There have been a lot of accidents because they didn't listen to the warning from the outsiders. Like the explosion of Nasa's rocket. The manager didn't listen to the engineer and had to face the bigger problem and I bet he is regretting it right now on this very second. Even it's the outsider we should listen to the warning they tell us.

I agree with you Joonhugh, because we all have a small chance of having a disaster and all we can do is to deal with it and try to prevent it the next time. I liked how you stated the second to last sentence, it showed how the manager of the rocket crash was feeling.
ReplyDeleteI agree people should listen to outsiders more because you never know they could be right. A Lot of disasters could have been prevented if people listened to everyone. I also think that nasa manager was and still is kicking themself for not listing to the engineer. I like how you mentioned how the manager is feeling.
