The Good and Bad of the Cassandra's Curse

Cassandra (a Greek Mythology Myth) could tell the future and knew what was going to happen. She could be standing next to the people in the war and smiling because she knew who was going to win. What if other people could tell the future but no one listened to them or they didn't say, anyone. Like in 1990 the Space Shuttle named challenger took off and then blew up. What if someone knew it would happen and didn't say anything.
