Will we ignore the warning again?

           



                 Cassandra was an ancient prophet who happened to be one of the many daughters of the king of Troy. The Trojans were amidst a war with the Greeks and times were harsh. Suddenly all Greek soldier had left Troy and left a "piece offering" in the shape of a wooden horse at the gates of the city. Cassandra knew that the wooden horse was full of highly trained Greek soldiers and tried to spread the word, but no one listened. Leaders of Troy debated bringing the Wooden horse into the city for days before finally letting the horse through. Greeks sprung out of the horse slaughtering many innocent civilians, Thus born " The Trojan Horse."
                   Now we see warning from a area in Alaska called the Alaskan Permafrost. This has multiple gigatons of Carbon Dioxide in it, and it's melting a little more each day. If this Carbon is released into the air we will see permanent effects on our planet due to Global Warming. Ignoring this warning could be one of the biggest catastrophe yet.
