The Positives and Negatives of Facial Recognition
Facial Recognition is a new and easy way to find and track criminals. When a woman tried stealing an expensive pair of boots, facial recognition cameras tracked her down and she confessed. This case, that could have never been cracked, was solved in one day. This technology is not limited, and can also be used in many other situations.
Although this new technology has been proven useful, it can cause many debates. Privacy of people is important, and uploading images of random people can be bad for their health mentally. Also, using the technology can lead to wrong answers and innocent people can be arrested for no reason.
On the other side, people argue that this technology could help. Cities should not ban the use of it but put regulations on it. The question is, how much privacy will people be willing to give up for security?

Although, I like how you added the specific part about the woman trying to steal a pair of boots. What do you think will happen with this technology? Will it be used properly, or be misused.
