Mountain Gorillas originating from Kenya. They are cute but with only less than 900 left. Their species is slowing disappearing from existence. 900 may seem like a lot but there are 18,000 pandas in the wild and captivity they are also endangered.What a large difference almost twice the amount. Imagine if humans were in the same situation killed off by disease and war, that's the reason why this species is on the verge of extinction. Man has slowly destroyed their habitats. I believe that by 2030 the species will have died off, unless we change our ways. Poaching is the main reason why they are dying, so if it was illegalized problem solved, there are other contributions to the endangerment.Monday, February 29, 2016

That is so true. Did you know that the mountain gorilla weighs up from 300-425 lbs! I wouldn’t want to mess with those guys. Though they seem VERY intimidating, they can actually be very shy and timid. They usually won’t attack unless they seem threatened. The mountain gorilla was the last member of the ape family to be known to science. Though for most animals the female is larger than the male, the male gorilla can be up to twice the female’s size. Tell me what you think about that.
