Under House Arrest
Kizza Besigye, who is the runner-up in the Ugandan presidential election, was taken away from his house in Kampala, Uganda. Before they took him away, he was under house arrest . He was going to go to the electoral commision to see the data of his operation against the person who was holding particular office or position, President Yoweri Museveni. No one knows when the police are going to release. He was taken to a police station in Naggalama, which was 20 miles away from Kampala. During the police were taking him to the police station, many people were waiting there for his release. The military has been set to remain in the capital because the president has been elected his fifth term. The president has been leading Uganda since 1986. If you were the president, would you set up military in the capital to protect you?
