Indian Baseball Players
Have you seen the movie Million Dollar Arm? It is a true baseball movie about how Americans brought Indian cricket players to play in the MLB. There aren't many baseball players in India. Most people haven't even heard of baseball, but they succeeded their goal. They brought two pitchers Rinku Singh and Dinesh Patel. Rinku is left handed and Dinesh is right handed. Both had to leave their families and come to the United States. They both got signed to the Pittsburgh Pirates. If I were one of them I would go. Would you come to the United States to play Major League Baseball?

Yeah I have seen that movie it is really good. They have to go through many hardships to get adjusted to the environment there in the U.S. They were the only people who could actually throw a ball. I remember there was one guy who got chosen to go play and his throw form was really weird but he threw the ball pretty fast. The fact that they had to leave there family to make a better living is really sad. Do you know other Indian movies?.
ReplyDeleteI Would want to go to the MLB because it's a great opportunity especially if you're poor and don't have much money, then you can support your family.I've seen the movie as well. It was really good. Those two pitchers had to go through a lot. They had to leave their family to go play baseball in the US and they had to get used to lifestyle in the US. I bet the Rinku and Dinesh had to deal with a lot of pressure because the person who brought them here to play might have had high expectations for them to perform. Would you take your chances and look for a baseball player in India or not?
