Did you know anything about the Maldives? I didn't that's why I found really interesting this place. The Maldives is a small island in South Asia, located in the Arabian Sea of the Indian Ocean. Close to the Southwest of Sri Lanka and India, about 1,000 kilometers from the Asian continent. The Bis keemiya (samosa), Boshi Mashuni (banana flower salad), and the Garudhiya (fragrant fish soup) are some of the plates you need to know from the Maldives. Many of their culture, traditions, and customs originated from Indian, Sri Lankan, Malaysian, Arabian, Persian, Indonesian, and even African influences. The Bodu Beru is one of the most popular forms of folk music and dance that is found in the inhabited islands of Maldives.

Hey Valeria, I really like you blog post. It was short, but told you a lot about the Maldives. I don't mean to be judgy, but I feel like you could have added a little bit more about the cultural aspect. When you did talk about the cultural aspect it felt kind of like a bunch of lists. I would suggest next time that you maybe list the foods and to make the blog more appealing to the reader choose 1 of the foods and go into detail about it.
