My Trip To The Dominican Republic

When I went to Dominican republic we bought a lot of stuff, we purchased meals, snow globes, pictures, passes, and many more. When we first got there we had to purchase a pass to get through the lines. The airport wasn't like your typical airport it was made out of wood like a tee-pee it had straw as the roofing and wooden beams. The people that we went with on the trip are really rich so they got us this a penthouse suit, with a maid that cleaned our rooms and made us breakfast everyday. We went out to dinner twice so we had to pay for the meals. The next day was valentines day and we went to the beach for lunch and just for fun, we had to pay a fee for going into the beach. Luckily the resort we stayed at took American dollars so we didn't have to pay to have it be exchanged. Went into town and we had to pay for a bus to take us and a body guard because the town was really poor and had a lot of bad people in it. That is when we went to their mall and got a lot of suvinners. The next day we were really sad because we had to go back home, we had to pay extra for the special seats but my dad decided that we didn't need it which mad my mom really mad. When we got home I was really sad.  to be back in the cold. Have you ever been to a place like this?
